Our story begins 30 years ago when one of our founders learned a valuable lesson as a young, struggling real estate agent. While attempting to close a real estate deal at a listing presentation the client said to him, “Son, cut the BS. All I want to know is this… who have you worked for twice?” With those simple words, a ball was set in motion.
30 years later and that simple statement is now the foundation of the HIA® movement. After a highly successful and profitable career as an agent and broker – built on lifetime client relationships as a trusted advisor – our founder is now sharing these valuable principles to the world.
For most homeowners, their home is the largest investment they will ever make. We believe that someone should be helping them manage this asset well before, during and still long after the point of sale. That is what HIA® is truly all about – helping homeowners manage their most valuable asset.
